I’ve listened closely and intently as my Pastor consistently drove home the message that the joy of our salvation will never be realized until the fact that Jesus’ obedience,suffering, and death was actually “In My Place.” I have been saved for over 30 years now and find myself deeper in love with Jesus than I ever imagined and deeper than the people who witnessed to me,ever told me it would be. The depth of my sin, the abundance of my abusive nature, the horror of my drug abuse; all washed away by the blood of an irresistible Savior who has overtaken the deepest parts of my heart and soul. He willingly died “In My Place.”
